Welcome to the very first episode of #AskMike! This week Mike tackles this question submitted by a reader:
As a very strong personality married to a more easy going personality, how do I submit to my husband and give him the chance to lead the family/help my husband to step up and lead the family?
The interesting thing about this week’s question is that this is the exact same way our personalities are. Carlie has a more dominant personality while I (Mike) have a more laid back personality. We have managed to make this work for nearly 20 years and know it is only through God’s wisdom and grace that we have been able to propel one another into who God designed us to be.
